My XBox 360 Is Dying!

Well, I've had to report yet ANOTHER faulty machine to Micro$oft XBox Support!

My machine fails to load games 90% of the time, and I've noticed it's started to scratch my game discs.

I've had this problem before with my original Xbox 360 and it had to be returned for replacement.

Apparently, the scratching is a common problem but Micro$oft will not accept liability, even though I take exceptional care of my discs and the ONLY way they could be scratched is by the machine itself.

(Scratches the outside edge of the disk, about 5-10mm in, which is the initial read sector of the disc.)

Let's see what response I get from them this time!

I'm NOT a happy bunny, I can tell you!

I've heard of this scratched disk thing as well and Microsoft taking no responsibility whatsoever for it.

"Oh yes, we'll fix that, we're aware of that problem"... "Sorry we wrecked your disc, but hey, you play it, so it must be your fault"

No it damn well isn't MS! I'm like you Nem, I look after my discs.

Perhaps we should club together provide proof that we do look after the discs and then take MS to task.

I'm ranting now. I'll stop, cos MS have more money than me or you put together so essentially it's tough!
