The Hobbit

Apparently, 'The Hobbit' is to be released 19th December 2006. Directed by Peter Jackson and using the actors from 'Lord Of The Rings', here's hoping it lives up to the book as well as LOTR did. Click the Title above for YouTube trailer.

Hopes raised and suitably dashed upon the rocks of dissapointment far, far below. This "Trailer" is made up of various film footage from the original LOTR trilogy and also Reign Of Fire, Dragon Slayer and also, I think, Dragon Heart.

It's very well done I think you'll admit, and obviously very believeable.

The rights to produce the Hobbit for real are currently under negotiation, but it'll be a long time coming.
