WOW!

Just been listening to Talk Radio and it's now official. There are MORE people in the world that are overweight than there are suffering from malnutrition, and that includes Africa!

Some figures (no pun intended) for you to digest (that WAS intended!)

There are 1 billion people in the world who are classed as obese as opposed to 800 million who are classed as malnourished.

In the UK, 1/4 of ALL under 11's are classed as overweight.

And the cost to the NHS, and therefore to YOU, is estimated to rise to £3.2 BILLION in the next 3 years.

I don't know about you, but I find that incredible. Changes in eating and work habits are partially to blame.
